Just a quick check in. I've been pretty much on track with my exercising. I've really been enjoying it. Been using some home workouts that have a lot more dancing in them so they are keeping my entertained and the fun factor keeps me motivated. Not too much has changed measurement-wise, still the same weight but I have lost an inch around my belly. It's tempting to be discouraged at the fact that nothing else has changed but it's only been a couple weeks and one inch off so far is a step in the right direction. It definitely helps motivate me to keep going and feel like I can accomplish more. Since starting to exercise, it feels like I have more energy and surprisingly, have also felt more creative. I've been knitting and drawing quite a bit. More drawing than I have done in a long time. I did a couple watercolours last wknd and did some pen and ink sketches this wknd. I knit a beret last Sunday, finished pk's Slocks this past week and planning on starting a new project - though haven't decided what it should be yet.
